Our Seedlings sessions are specifically designed for babies aged 6-12 months and their grown up. Through sensory play, exploration and age-appropriate activites, little ones begin their journey of discovering foods, textures and colours in a fun, relaxed environment while parents receive practical, evidence-based nutrition support for the first year of feeding.

Our Explorers sessions are designed for children aged 1-3 years who love to learn through play. With sensory activities, hands-on exploration and fun nutrition themed experiences, little ones develop confidence around food, build important skills, curiosity and healthy habits while their grown ups receive practical, evidence-based nutrition education.

Our Adventurers sessions are designed for children aged 3-5 years who are becoming more independent and curious about the world around them. Through exciting, play-based nutrition activities, children build confidence, develop positive food experiences and learn healthy habits in a fun, welcoming environment that prepares them for school and beyond. Grown ups also receive age-appropriate nutrition education that is both practical and evidence-based to help support their little one.
