Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.

Payments

Payment must be made before the start of each course or session unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations by Parents

If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

As places are limited, refunds cannot normally be offered for missed sessions.

Where possible, we may offer a transfer or credit at our discretion.

Cancellations by NutriClub

If we need to cancel a session due to illness, venue closure or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

An alternative session

Credit towards a future booking

A full refund where appropriate

Safeguarding Policy

At NutriClub, children's wellbeing is our highest priority.

We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for every family.

Ensuring relevant staff hold enhanced DBS checks where required

Parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their child throughout each session unless otherwise stated.

Photography & Video Policy

From time to time we may take photographs or short videos during sessions for use on our website, social media or promotional materials.

We will always request your written consent before taking or using any identifiable images of you or your child.

If consent is not provided, your decision will always be respected.

Parents and carers are kindly asked not to photograph or film other children during sessions without permission.
